DKL Consulting Engagements
DKL will work with you and / or your team to provide training to deliver results. The team or individual are empowered with a clear focus on the skills for development, focus areas and key outcomes to avoid distraction and capture progress effectively.
A typical initial engagement usually runs over three months and includes:
Planning: Over two initial consultations focused on identification of target markets, key strategies and frameworks and process to track and measure results
Launch: One hour consultation per week for four weeks to implement plan
Management: One hour consultation per fortnight over eight weeks to instill confidence and refine growth targets
