We will work with you or your team to provide results based training. Participants are empowered with skills for development, focus areas and key outcomes as well as tools to capture progress.

A typical initial engagement runs over 12 weeks including:

Planning: Two initial consultations identifying target markets, strategies, frameworks and process to track results

Launch: One hour consultation per week for four weeks for implemention 

Management: One hour consultation per fortnight over eight weeks for ramp up
